Welcome,

 

I'm Toribio Martinez, but you can call me "Tori." After graduating in 2009 from San Benito High School in San Benito, Texas, I enlisted in the United States Air Force where I spent 4 1/2 years as a military police officer stationed at Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana I contributed to the critical nuclear deterrence mission. Upon separating from the military, I pursued my passion for working with numbers by pursuing a degree in accounting from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UT-RGV) in Edinburg, TX.

 

During my studies, I realized the importance of organized financial records in running a successful business. Unfortunately, many small to medium-sized business owners struggle with maintaining accurate bookkeeping records because of the various duties they already perform. That's why I decided to start my own bookkeeping practice, I can't think of a better job in the world than helping small business owners get ahead and see the success they envisioned when they began their entrepreneurial journey. 

 

As a bookkeeper, I understand the crucial role that accurate financial records play in the success of a business. In fact, a study by U.S. Bank found that 82% of business failures are due to cash flow problems. Without proper bookkeeping, it's almost impossible for businesses to manage their cash flow effectively and avoid financial difficulties.

 

That's why I take pride in helping businesses not just survive but thrive. By managing finances effectively, I am able to make a real difference in the lives of the business owners I work with. It's a rewarding feeling knowing that I am contributing to the success of these businesses and helping them make a positive impact in their communities.

 

Overall, being a bookkeeper is more than just a profession to me, it's a passion. I'm grateful for the opportunity to help businesses succeed and I'm committed to providing high-quality bookkeeping services that make a real difference.
