I'm excited to work with you and help get your business's finances in order. The process of working with me is simple and straightforward, and all the steps are outlined on this page. From the initial discovery call to the proposal and onboarding process, I'll guide you through each step of the way to ensure a smooth transition to my bookkeeping services. Initial consultation

  • The discovery call's main objective is to assess whether my services align with your business needs

  • Typically last 15-30 minutes

  • Via phone or video call

  • I'll gather specific info about your business such as transaction volumes and other needs

Assesment period

  • During the assessment, I review current financial records to identify areas for improvement

  • Think of this step as a diagnosis of the financial health of your business

  • I'll use the specific data I gathered from the discovery call to create a proposal

Proposal

  • After the assessment is complete, I'll share a proposal with you

  • It will contain a detailed outline of the services I'll provide along with pricing and terms

  • An optional call to discuss the proposal, address any questions, and finalize the agreement is available

  • If the proposal is agreeable and no call is needed, we can move on to step 4, onboarding

Onboarding

  • The final step to having effectively managed finances is the onboarding process

  • I'll gather all necessary documents such as previous financial and/or bank statements

  • Setup account on Quickbooks Online (if necessary)

  • Begin performing bookkeeping services
